Walking for Exercise

Walking outdoors promotes fitness and well-being. It is as much social as physical.

Our congenial walkers hike on woodland trails, rails to trails, and neighborhood roads. We take turns selecting and leading walks, usually of an hour’s duration.  We meet weekly on Thursday afternoons at 1 PM from mid-September to mid-June and informally during the summer.   For more information contact Gloria Gerald or Sue Smallridge   Contact Us
